Presidents opening remarks were given.

Agenda approved as is.

Previous minutes were reviewed, moved by Bart, 2nd by Jason. Carried.

We have Quorum.

Old Business: Policy and procedures to satisfy Sport Manitoba were updated, vote to approve, Moved by Kevin, 2nd by Jason, carried.

New Business:  Come up with new financial ideas to entice juniors to shoot at the next meeting.

Presidents Report: Amalgamation is still pending with lawyers.   We could always use new members.  It would be nice if shooters from other clubs could assist in helping other clubs when needed and maybe this should become official policy.

Treasurers Report:  $19740.43 is the reconciled balance at Sept 30, 2025.  $20276.00 income to date for 2026.  $26304.00 are the 2026 expenses to date.  Forcast 910.00 surplus by the end of the fiscal year.

Appoint of Auditors, Barry moved Gislason, Targownik, Peters be the auditor, 2nd by Jason carried.

ATA Report, numbers are down, new Central Zone date was defeated, New Super Vet Category motion was defeated as well.

CTA Report:   CTA has incorporated.  Manitoba was the only province to not participate in the successful Coast to Coast shoot.   Next Years Canadian will be in Edmonton.  2027 Canadian will be Brandon MB if Brandon wants it.  Jeffrey is on the Hall of fame Committee.

MJSA:  Virden ran a very good shoot for the MJSA this year. Financially the MJSA is in Good Shape.  Terrell Kerbrat is the new MJSA rep.  MJSA will be in Brandon in 2026.

International Report:  Sept 6 and 7 was the Provincial.  Curtis Wennberg was 1st, Robert Pankiewicz was 2nd , David Mosscrop was 3rd.
